Conor Benn has revealed that Gervonta Davis has now been offered a sizeable amount of money to fight him next.

The pair have been exchanging trash talk on social media in recent days, following Benn’s win in Las Vegas last weekend.

The 23-0 (14 KOs) welterweight contender beat Peter Dobson by unanimous decision in the USA.

He is currently unable to fight in the UK due to the ongoing appeal process regarding his two positive drugs tests from 2022.

Lightweight Davis took note of the Dobson fight and quickly accepted Benn’s challenge to meet next.

The Brit’s promoter Eddie Hearn then promised to make an official offer to the American for the bout, which has now been sent.

He said the offer is an eight-figure guaranteed sum, plus the ability to earn more money from a percentage of PPV and ticket sales.

Although Hearn did not disclose the exact numbers, Benn has now revealed that the offer will give Davis the opportunity to make between $10million (£8million) and $15million (£12million), depending on the sales.

Benn told reporters: “I know a serious offer’s been made, let’s see if he’s all talk.

“The talking’s done. Don’t pipe up and start running your mouth on Twitter and then not sign the contract.

“If I’m easy work then no problem, sign the contract.

“Do I think that fight gets made? Listen, I’ll agree to fight anyone.

“If $10million, $11million, $12million, $13million, $14million, $15million ain’t enough, then stay quiet, stay at your house with your little tag on your ankle.

“It’s cool, run your mouth on Twitter, I’m not really that guy for social media and all that.

“But if you want to run your mouth then I’ll fight you no problem.

“You’re telling me $10million to $15million ain’t enough to fight me?

“If that ain’t enough, then keep doing what you’re doing.”
