There was a time when the fight between Gervonta Davis and Devin Haney was in the talks for quite some time. Even though the highly sought-after Davis-Haney fight fell apart, the animosity between the two teams is still very much alive. And on this note, Haney’s father recently made a video against team Gervonta Davis.

As of now, Devin Haney is preparing for his fight against Davis’ former opponent, Ryan Garcia. Looking at the upcoming fight, the dynamic duo who train Gervonta Davis, coach Calvin Ford, and his trusted aide, Kenny Ellis, not long ago favored Ryan Garcia to take home the victory. Well, this didn’t sit well with Devin Haney’s father and he responded on social media with a video taking shots at the duo. But who is this “dummy”?

Bill Haney imitates a fictional conversation between Calvin Ford and Kenny Ellis

Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis was freed from his ankle monitor and was relieved of his court-ordered house arrest in a hit-and-run case a few days ago. Bill Haney, referring to Calvin Ford as “Yo” and Kenny Ellis as “Dummy” shared a funny clip talking about Gervonta Davis’ recent relief from the GPS ankle monitor before moving on to berate Calvin Ford and Kenny Ellis.

Bill Haney said, “Breaking News. Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis just released from GPS ankle monitoring and what a wonderful blessing that is for boxing. But we have a little bit of confusion within the camp and community and today we have Yo and Dummy to tell us what’s going on.” Then he made it clear who he was referring to as Yo and Dummy. He played the video of Ford saying, “I’m going with Ryan on this fight,” and Ellis adding, “I don’t think it’s gonna happen because Ryan is a threat.
