Daniel Dubois is confident of knocking out British-born Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua when they fight for the vacant IBF title in September.

Explosive boxer Daniel Dubois has sensationally claimed he will knock out British-born Nigeria former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua when the two collide for the vacant IBF title at Wembley Stadium in September.

The two titans are set to reignite a rivalry that first blossomed seven years ago when they sparred together in the build-up to the Olympics, representing Team GB.

But Dubois, 25, insists the tables have turned and he is now a vastly improved fighter ready to dethrone the former two-time unified champion Joshua.

“It’s a totally different scenario now – I’m not here to spar him, let’s talk about fighting – that’s all my mind’s set on,’ Dubois roared.

The blockbuster clash will see Joshua, 34, return to the scene of some of his greatest triumphs, with the Nigerian Brit having won multiple world titles at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

However, Dubois, who hails from London, is brimming with confidence and believes he has the power and skill to dethrone the reigning champion.

Joshua has been in scintillating form of late, producing a stunning four-fight winning streak that has reignited his championship dreams following back-to-back defeats to the formidable Oleksandr Usyk.
