Terence Crawford will aim to win another world title when he battles super-welterweight champion Israil Madrimov next month.
The pair will clash in LA later this summer, with Crawford set for his first fight at this weight after conquering the welterweight division.
‘Bud’ has held belts in the super-lightweight and lightweight divisions too and he boasts an incredible 40-0 professional record making him arguably the best in the world.
He was originally meant to take on Errol Spence in a rematch, but Spence’s long recovery time after surgery meant talks broke down.
It meant Crawford decided to step up and face Madrimov instead, with the Uzbekistan boxer set to be one of his toughest opponents to date.

This fight will take place on Saturday, August 3 at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, USA.
Timings for the event are yet to be confirmed, but the main event is expected to get started in the early hours of Sunday morning in the UK.

Crawford vs Madrimov: What has been said?
Speaking about the upcoming bout, Crawford said: “I cannot wait to get back in the ring in my fourth weight class and remind the world why I’m the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.
“Israil Madrimov is a tremendous and entertaining fighter, but on August 3, he will be my next victim. This is the Terence Crawford era.”
Madrimov’s promoter Eddie Hearn thinks that Crawford is underestimating his opponent.
Hearn said: “I think they’re underestimating him. He’s extremely tough and he hits very hard.
“And it’s all like, ‘Canelo after this.’ Don’t get me wrong. Crawford is the favourite in the fight, but Madrimov is a very, very tough fight.
“He’s got great movement, he’s a fit, strong guy in his prime, and as I said, he punches very hard, and that’s not an easy fight.”
