Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens will have something nice to look at once their Texas home is fully built.

In a series of Instagram Story posts on Monday, the Olympic gold medalist showed photos of the property’s stunning waterfront view. Biles has been documenting the construction process on social media since September 2023.

The first photo showed her NFL star husband standing at the home’s entrance with hands up in the air. The picture showed a ladder, pieces of wood, and other construction materials inside. Two large windows gave a peak at the water and trees outside.

In the second image, the Green Bay Packers player stood on the home’s roof, looking out at the water. Biles also photographed her husband in a room with multiple scaffold towers and a canvas drop cloth on the ground.

The gymnast gave her social media followers a more detailed view of the home’s interior on Saturday, including her large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space and a kitchen.

Biles has not been afraid to chronicle all the ups and downs of the building process. In November 2023, she told her fans that there had been a slight setback.

“Yesterday I was here from 11am-5pm…..🥴. I thought it was going to be a 30-minute thing bc I had no clue what I was walking into,” she shared in a video uploaded on her Instagram Story that showed the home’s high ceilings.

Although she did not specify what caused the delay, she said she “made progress” after calling her dad for backup.

“Called my dad for backup yesterday bc I panicked! but I’ve made so much progress & I’m so proud of myself. Jonathan will deal with the end result oops……..I hope I did it decently & thought of all the things,” wrote Biles in another upload.

Biles and her husband tied the knot during a courthouse ceremony on April 2023 and jetted off for a second ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, that May.

The Winter Cup 2024, has been one of the highly anticipated gymnastics events to kick off the season and the Olympic year well. Aligning with the excitement, the event so far has delivered a star-studded roster, inclusive of comebacks from Suni Lee and Gabby Douglas. However, the event has also entailed disappointment with Simone Biles‘ absence and more recently, of a rising name: Zoe Miller.

Zoe Miller, aged 18 has been a promising name for the US gymnastics team. Pan American, US Classic, Olympic trials, all and more can be fetched in the youngster’s list of stages. However, days ahead of the awaited Winter Cup, the gymnast has revealed to sit out.

Winter Cup misses out on another gymnastics star

Zoe Miller, recently took to her Instagram stories to announce that gymnastics fans would not be seeing her at the upcoming Winter Cup. “With much disappointment, I wanted to share with you all that my participation in this year’s Winter Cup is no longer feasible due to an injury,” she wrote. While she did not mention the exact nature of the injury, the youngster added that she will be focusing on recovery and cheering on those participating. “Best of luck to all participants. I will be rooting for everyone,” she wrote, further thanking fans for understanding.

The Winter Cup acts as a qualifying event for the 2024 U.S. Gymnastics Championships and also selects the junior and senior national teams. For Zoe Miller, who has been on the national team since 2021 and aims for Paris 2024, the event would have been the right boost. Nonetheless, having more to look forward to on the immediate path, the gymnast will look to be back on the mats as soon as possible.

Olympics and LSU in sight for Zoe Miller

Zoe Miller trains at the World Champions Centre and is surrounded by numerous Olympic gymnasts, inclusive of Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles. The group, Miller reveals has helped the youngster grow on the mats and off as she treads forward. “Simone taught me not to care what people think,” she tells International Gymnast Media. Owning to the mindset, the 18-year-old secured two gold medals in the Pan Am games last year and 3 more during Pan Am Championships previously.

Having secured that, Olympics are the next stop for Zoe Miller. The gymnast even chose to defer her first year of college at LSU in the hopes of making it to the Paris Olympics. On the road to the goal, Miller wishes to “stay healthy and just know that I gave it my all for the Olympic year no matter what happens.” If the injury proves nothing serious, the youngster might be on mats just in time for the trials in June.

What drives Simone Biles to attempt another vault even after spending 18 hefty seasons in gymnastics? Despite achieving an elusive height in her sporting love affair, the 26-year-old American phenomenon showed her humane color in the crests and troughs of her life. Spectacles and debacles like those made Simone Biles close to her fans, from her elite gymnastics routine to a Valentine’s Day persona. However, in the Olympic year, the gymnast in her will try to rise above all the kerfuffle that once jolted her in Tokyo. At that onset, Simone Biles will try to be superhuman again.

Though the Winter Cup is yet to come on the topic for the 7x Olympic insignia holder, But the May occasion of the 2024 Core Hydration Classic might frame the legend, taking her stand and flipping again on the mat along the bar. But before that, let’s delve into the factors that culminated in making a simple Ohio girl arguably the greatest gymnast ever to walk on earth.

Adopted by grandparents: Know the role Simone Biles’ guardians played in her life

“I just felt like I needed to look out for her because if family doesn’t look out for you, who’s going to?” Simone Biles’ comment on sister Adria Biles made headlines for a moment. But do you know that their bonding has always been like that?

Love on the field trip: She started her gymnastics journey after a trip

Right now, Simone Biles is in her prime gymnastics time, when the phenom can disclaim that she has nothing left to lose in her sporting affair. With almost 30 international medals in her bag, she may indicate a smooth opening of her career. However, that wasn’t the case. Even the Tokyo Olympics medalist had landed in the gymnastics arena in quite an unplanned way.

It had come out to be the gymnastic schedule going to a local gym that had made the 6-year-old Simone fall for the sport. Well, the judicious glance of that gym’s coach didn’t take a second to reveal the kid’s hidden ability. The rest is, as they say, history.

Fight against ADHD: How Simone Biles overcame to become one of the best in sports?

A ruptured childhood and a highly motivated gymnastics love often made Simone Biles go into whammies. Her suffering from ADHD was one of the results of that quagmire at an early age. But being a responsible face of the American gymnastics arena, the 2016 Olympics gold medalist didn’t shy away from opening up about the disease.

The fiasco had received extra fuel when Russian hackers revealed her medical history containing the ADHD inference. Moreover, the situation had gone into limbo as Simone Biles faced the accusation of consuming banned substances to eradicate the ADHD indications. But the American gymnast had leveled her rebuttals with logic and proof and ultimately came out clean.

Gymnastics run in the family: Simone Biles’s sister followed her to the beam

The childhood quagmires felt only good when Simone Biles found her partner-in-crime in sister Adria Biles. In foster care, they had moved together. So when it had come to go under the guardianship of Ron and Nellie Biles, the sisters had moved hand in hand. The bonding was visible on the gymnastics mat as well.

Both sisters had tried their flipping and handstands together until Adria was 16 years old. But at the Rio Olympics, they bonded again. But that time, Simone was in her leotard, and Adria was in the audience’s suit. But with a striking physical similarity, Adria could funnily pose as Simone Biles among the jovial fans.

A recognized name: How multiple moves are named after Simone?

The double dabble algorithm may have sent sweat even to the very learned mathematicians on the paper. But for Simone Biles, her double dabble touched a different height with a special touch every time. Yes, it is about the gymnastics moves that are named after her. The four-time Olympic gold medalist registered her first uncommon move in 2013. It was a double layout on the half-floor. The gymnastics committee had named it after her, Biles I. Later in 2018, another move came. That time, it was on the vault, with a triple-double on the floor. Ultimately, it was Biles II. After that, two more such gymnastic inscriptions came from her side, bearing her name gladly.

Apart from such factors, what made Simone Biles unreachable was her determination and dedication. Even after losing the Tokyo Olympics ground, the 26-year-old gymnast couldn’t degrade her returning chance on the floor again. She continued with her exercise schedule in the backend. Last year, that determination assisted her in sparkling again on the camps and titles.

Moreover, at the right moment, the American numero uno has shown signs of overcoming her fear and indulging in the best fervor in the sport. Now, the coming days would decide her later chapters in becoming more than a legend.

Simone Biles and her husband Jonathan Owens, offered an enticing update on the construction progress of their forthcoming Texas residence. Biles took to Instagram on Saturday, sharing captivating photos and video clips detailing the ongoing developments of their new home.

Among the highlights were glimpses of the exterior, showcasing scaffolding and labeled boxes of “cultured stone,” indicating progress in the stucco application process. Biles‘ excitement was palpable in her captions, expressing awe at the transformation underway.

In subsequent snaps, the stone-laying process was revealed, offering a visual narrative of the exterior wall’s evolution. Biles‘ enthusiastic commentary underscored her appreciation for the intricate details, with captions exclaiming, “This stone is EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!”

The tour continued into the heart of the home-the kitchen-where wooden cabinets were installed, offering a promising glimpse into future culinary adventures.

The spacious layout hinted at memorable gatherings and shared meals with loved ones. Additionally, wider shots hinted at a spacious dining area, promising ample space for entertaining guests.

The new closet

However, what she is most excited about is undoubtedly the expansive walk-in closet, showcased in a video clip brimming with storage possibilities.

Biles‘ excitement was palpable as she exclaimed, “I. AM. OBSESSED,” envisioning a future filled with endless wardrobe options

This update follows a series of previous posts in December, where Biles celebrated earlier milestones in the construction journey. Despite occasional challenges, such as unexpectedly lengthy site visits, Biles remains undeterred in her excitement for their future home.

Simone Biles is not going to keep any stone unturned while aiming for the Paris Olympics in 2024. On previous notes, the most decorated artistic gymnast repeatedly admitted to her unfinished job at the Olympics. From time to time, that hurried pullout from the Tokyo Olympics gave Simone Biles the lowest feeling ever. Expressing that situation, the 26-year-old legend claimed, “I felt like a failure.” But as a comeback option, she proved to be ready to try her Olympic suit once again. So as a part of the plan, for the last few weeks, Simone Biles kept herself busy in the Simone Biles Invitational.

But soon, concluding that gymnastics camp, the phenom threw herself into the training engagement hosted by the US authority. That unveiled a serious interest from the fans to take a look at Simone’s talent again. The result turned out to be riveting.

Simone Biles displays her national prowess once again

The US National Training Camp in Texas sent a call to the pivotal gymnasts from the country to try their measure under supervision. This time, the role of keeping supervision went to former Olympic champion gymnast Carly Patterson. Being a strict follower of routines, Simone Biles didn’t obliterate her gymnastic flips as well on Monday. In a thorough showcase of sporting abilities, the seven-time Olympic medalist took up the vault drill, especially the Amanar. Soon, in an ethereal display of prowess, Simone Biles wrapped up the drill with a smooth landing. Spot Gym’s X-post captured the lively framing of that aerial flipping. Fitting with that performance, the caption of the post went, “Magnificent Amanar by Simone Biles at the US National Camp.”

Moreover, on Monday, Simone displayed her natural moves in the rotations on uneven bars. Nevertheless, the Amanar Vault (named after Simona Amanar) attracted many more highlights for unavoidable reasons. In 2023, the former world champion wasn’t ready to try that drill. Meanwhile, in the Tokyo Olympics team final, that vault resulted in her twisties. That memory was still fresh in the athlete’s memory for a longer period of time. But the visuals from Monday proved Simone Biles’s upper hand in the situation.

In the Tokyo Olympics, Simone Biles’s early exit because of her twisties changed her thought process somehow. Previously, the athlete had made several arguments for having a strict life without familiar ones’ presence. But after Jonathan Owens came into her life, Simone embraced the situation in a better way. Her shift to normal days also came through thoroughly. Last year, the gymnast attended the Belgium World Championship and ended up with four gold medals. The US Classic title last year was another proof of her sound return.

Now in the Olympic year, she tried that move that had once kept her jolted. All these precursors are hinting at Simone Biles’s glorious athletic return.

Legendary gymnast Simone Biles and 2020 Olympic individual gold medalist Suni Lee’s names were missing from the 2024 Winter Cup entry list.

The 2024 Winter Cup is scheduled to be held from February 23 to 25, at the International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky, with elite athletes embarking on the Olympic year.

The 2012 London Olympics individual gold medalist Gabby Douglas will make a comeback to the sport after staying silent for eight years. However, Biles, who withdrew from the last Olympics after experiencing twisties, and Lee, who had to end her college career post the Tokyo Olympics after facing a kidney issue, are missing from the entry list.

With the Paris Olympics nearing, this year’s event gains increased interest. The Winter Cup serves as the qualifying event for the 2024 U.S. Gymnastics Championships and helps athletes earn their spots on junior and senior national teams.

Biles made a return to elite gymnastics after a two-year hiatus at the 2023 U.S Classic at the Hoffman Estates, clinching three gold medals, including the all-around, balance beam, and floor exercise events. Despite their Olympic ambitions, Biles and Lee are absent from this competition.

The other prominent athletes to compete alongside Douglas are Skye Blakely, Olympic silver medalist Jordan Chiles, Pan American gold medalist Kaliya Lincoln and Zoe Miller, three-time NCAA Champion Trinity Thomas, and Tiana Sumanasekera.

As the Paris 2024 Olympics draw near, the gymnastics world waits for epic showdowns. Two icons are poised to return to the Olympic stage again after having a roller coaster ride since the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, and they are Simone Biles and Sunisa Lee. As the 2024 gymnastics season kicks off, all eyes are on the Winter Cup set to unfold in the United States.

The Winter Cup is a qualifying event for the 2024 U.S. Gymnastics Championships and also selects the junior and senior national teams. However, despite their aspirations for Olympic glory, it seems that the two icons, Simone Biles and Suni Lee, are missing out on this vital competition

Simone Biles and Suni Lee, MIA, as the 2024 gymnastics season kicks off

In an Instagram post by USA Gymnastics, the account shared the “Women’s Winter Cup entry list.” On the list were formidable names like Isabella Anzola, Jordan Chiles, Zoe Miller, Skye Blakely, Nola Matthews, Gabby Douglas also making a comeback, Trinity Thomas, and many other junior and senior women who were competing in the event. However, notable absences from the list included Sunisa Lee and Simone Biles. But it’s not just these two icons, Lee and Biles, who are sitting out the Winter Cup 2024.

Shilese Jones, who also won medals at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, also seemed to be missing from the list. Other missing competitors include Jade Carey, the 2023 Swiss Cup winner, and Leanne Wong, another world championship competitor, who are currently busy competing for their college teams in the 2024 NCAA season. Additionally, Joscelyn Roberson, who was at the Worlds last year, is recovering from an ankle injury and was also missing from the list. Despite the icons missing in action, the 2024 Winter Cup will be a thrilling spectacle.

The 2024 Winter Cup is scheduled for February 23–25, 2024, at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The competition will feature both junior and senior women competing. The junior women’s competition is scheduled for Friday, February 23, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time, while the senior women’s competition is on Saturday, February 24, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Fans worldwide can catch all the thrilling action by streaming it live on the USA Gymnastics YouTube channel. With just days left for the epic competition to begin, gymnastics fans eagerly await the kickoff of the Olympic year in grand style for elite American women gymnasts.

The whirlwind in the realm of gymnastics has kept Simone Biles tippy-toed lately. Her recent intervention, the Simone Biles Invitational, brought together her passion for sports and her fellow athlete’s appreciation. The 26-year-old gymnast wasted no time diving deep into the US gymnastics training camp along with her teammates, which took place in Texas. But that did not take out the fun-loving side of her.

Despite having a busy schedule, she took some time to kick in the Valentine’s Day celebrations. However, in that, Jonathan Owens was a miss-out as her girl gang prevailed. But that did not deter Owens from playing his part as he recently stepped into the month-of-love scenario. Being his biggest cheerleader, Simone did not miss taking the occasion to social media.

Jonathan Owens brings out his dutiful self

Only yesterday, Simone celebrated a ‘Galentine’ with her best pals. Before the essence of that outing faded away, Biles took her Instagram once again to post a fresh story. Featuring a heartfelt bouquet, she wrote, “Weekly flowers from my husband.” However, the part of the caption that drew attention was “Valentines Edition.” From the accompanying picture, it could not have been missed.

Keeping with the theme of Valentine’s Day, the bouquet included red roses. Along with that, some pink and white flowers amped up the appeal of it. This comes days after Simone posted a story where she seemed to be getting a Gucci handbag as a gift from Jonathan Owens. In the same post, she also showcased some other luxury goodies. But nothing probably beats Simone’s love of fresh flowers. And she has expressed that on multiple occasions in the past. Meanwhile, in Valentine’s week, Simone Biles also shared an update on a new beginning with her followers.

Biles is collecting happiness, just like her medal

Recently, Biles delighted her fans with an exclusive tour of her new house. She shared room-by-room updates. The house is already looking luxurious and perfectly aligns with Biles’ vision. Her series of Instagram stories showed the different aspects of the mansion. This is going to serve as heaven for the close-knit family.

Among the many highlights of her house, she expressed her particular excitement about her wardrobe room. To store her vast collection of clothing and accessories, ranging from high-end pieces to custom-made costumes for Ownes’ matches. The new home is located in Texas, which has been her passion project lately.

The Kansas City Chiefs reigned supreme in the Super Bowl game. They took to overcome a 10-point deficit. Owing to that, the San Francisco 49ers had to face a defeat at a score of 25-22 in overtime during Super Bowl LVIII. Both the teams boast some of A-list celebrity supporters. Gymnastics legend Simone Biles’ support was with the 49ers on this occasion. And the reason for that was very far away from Jonathan Owens or Green Bay Packers.

Interestingly, Simone stood for the 49ers for friend Kristin Juszczyk. Kristin is the wife of 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk. but that is not her only identity. Rather, she has made her place in the NFL world with her custom-made outfits for the NFL celebrities. Simone is also on that list. To mark that personal tie with the designer, Simone wished for the 49ers’ win on a very special day for Kristin.

Simone Biles’ friend’s birthday celebration marred

The first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at the 2016 Olympics, Simone Biles was ardently rallying for the San Francisco 49ers to make Kristin Juszczyk’s birthday memorable. The gymnast took to her Twitter handle divulging the reason, “I want the 49ers to win just because it’s Kristin Juszczyk’s birthday.”

Simone Biles shares a strong friendship bond with Kristin Juszcyzk. Biles has donned Kristin designs on multiple occasions. One of the most notable designs was Jonathan Owen’s jersey-styled jacket. Hence, as Kyle Juszczyk, the 11-year veteran fullback for the 49ers intensely prepped for Sunday’s Super Bowl, Simone Biles also took to support them.

However, as Patrick Mahomes rallied the Kansas City Chiefs to victory, Biles’ NFL wish came to a disheartening end, along with all who supported the 49ers. Interestingly, Simone is not the only one to don Kristin’s collections. The designer has several NFL heavyweights on her client list.

Kristin swiftly sails into NFL fashion

Simone Biles is indeed one of the top celebrities who donned Kristin Juszczyk’s NFL-inspired outfits this Super Bowl season. Kristin often reworks jerseys and t-shirts, to design custom game day looks, which was a super hit this season. Besides Simone Biles, the ever-gorgeous Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes also wore Kristin’s designs. Notably, Kristin has an important nod from the NFL authority.

Kristin had recently received her license to use NFL logos, featuring it on the jerseys. Following the NFL collaboration, Simone Biles took to praise Kristin on her social media account, writing “whew boss girl s**t @kristinjuszczyk.” She also added, “So happy for you! Can’t wait to see what you create next.” Despite Kristin’s heartbreak on her birthday, we await to see her creations raging in the NFL realm.

Simone Biles and her husband Jonathan Owens are busy building their dream house. The gymnast always ensures to take some time out of her busy schedule to give fans the latest updates about the home.

Most recently, the Olympic and World Champion gave fans an insight on how the construction is going and what the finished home would look like. She did so by sharing pictures of the kitchen and wardrobe.

In a series of Instagram stories, Biles first let fans know that the stucco of the house is being done, writing:

She then shared a picture of an outside wall textured with stones and captioned it:

In another story, Biles shared a picture of the huge kitchen, complete with wooden cabinets and a big window. She also expressed her love for her wardrobe, writing:

Biles and her husband Owens first broke ground on their Texas home all the way back in March 2023, two months before they flew out to San Lucas, Mexico, to tie the knot. Since then, she has made sure to update fans about her home building journey, whether good or bad.

In November last year, Biles had shared the frustrations of having to deal with construction work. In her Instagram story, the American stated that she’d ended up having to deal with an issue that took her over six hours, and had to call her dad to help her out.
