The head of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al Al-Sheikh, has stated that he is ready to personally handle the organisation of the Terence Crawford – Saul Alvarez fight.

Crawford will face Israil Madrimov on 3 August in Los Angeles, in the main event of Riyadh’s first event of the season outside of Saudi Arabia. If Crawford is successful and wins the title in the third weight class, Al Al-Sheikh will try to organise his fight with Alvarez next year.

Earlier, it was reported that Canelo is close to agreeing on a new bout – against Edgar Berlanga.
